Cancellations

You can fill out the form above and we can get your cancellation processed. All cancellations have a 5% fee to cover credit card transaction fees, this is non negotiable.

Returns

  • Yota Xpedition: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns have a 5% restocking fee, this is non negotiable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable as well.
  • Cali Raised LED: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our sales team within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused, and is still in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable as well. Rock sliders are not eligible for return.
  • Sherpa Equipment Co: Orders can be returned for any reason up to 10 days after receiving the shipment. All returned products must be in like-new, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer in addition to a 5% restocking fee. Any products that are determined to not be in new condition will incur an additional 20% fee. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Products that have been customized or modified in any way are not eligible for returns. After 10 days, all non-warranty-related returns are at the sole discretion of SHERPA EQUIPMENT COMPANY. No returns are accepted after 6 months. If your return is approved, and in like-new, resaleable condition with original packaging and all hardware, a restocking fee of 10% will apply. If the product is found to not be in like-new, resalable condition a restocking fee of up to 25% will be applied. Your product will be examined after we receive it at our facility to determine its condition before issuing your refund. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer in addition to the restocking fee.
  • C4 Fabrication: Orders can be returned for any reason up to 30 days after receiving shipment. All returned products must be in like new, unmodified, resalable condition and include original packaging and all hardware. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer in addition to a 20% restocking fee. Any products that are determined to not be in new condition will incur an additional 5% fee. Products that have been customized or modified in any way are not eligible for returns. After 30 days, all non-warranty related returns are at the sole discretion of C4 FAB LLC. IF your return is approved, a restocking fee of 20% will apply. The customer will be required to submit photos as proof of condition. If the product is found to not be in like new condition a restocking fee of up to 30% will be applied. Your product will be examined after we receive it at our facility to determine its condition before issuing your refund. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer in addition to the restocking fee.
  • Roam: We will accept returns only on brand new, unused items that have been delivered to the customer no longer than 30 days prior to the return request. To qualify for a return, items must arrive back to our warehouse in brand new, unused condition, in its original packaging. Returns are subject to a flat rate return shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. There is the exception of tents which will be subject to the full shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.  If a customer wishes to exchange for a different item or a credit, they will still be subject to the noted fees, as they are to cover the expenses of the transaction. If you are looking to return a damaged or defective item, please refer to our warranty policy below.
  • Toyota: Toyota OEM parts have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns have a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We will email a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable as well. The OEM 4Runner Rock Sliders are not a returnable item, we will not accept any returns on this product.
  • Diode Dynamics: At Diode Dynamics, we offer returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. 5% restocking fees, buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We will email a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable as well.
  • Meso Customs: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 10% restocking fees, buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We will email a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable as well.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once you start the return process, we will email you a return label then all you need to do is drop off at that carriers local office.

Warranty

Yes, we back up our products by standing by the product manufacturer's warranty.

Shipping

For items that are in stock, purchases made after 11am EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. For 2nd Day and Overnight delivery options, it will take 1 business day to process and ship the order. Orders made after 11am EST on a Friday will ship the following Monday.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please fill out the form above.
