Cancellations

In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first.

You can fill out the form below and we can get your cancellation processed.

Returns

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable as well.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once you start the return process, we will email you a return label then all you need to do is drop off at that carriers local office.

Warranty

Yes we have our own Yota Xpedition product warranty on all our branded products. We also honor all manufactuer product warranties on all products we sell.

Yota Xpedition Lifetime Warranty
At Yota Xpedition, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all Yota Xpedition branded products. We believe in building gear that lasts, just like the adventures you take them on.

What’s Covered?
Our Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. If your Yota Xpedition gear fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it—at our discretion—free of charge.

Yota Xpedition brands include; Yota Mods, Yota Grilles, Yota Overlays, Yota Lifestyle, Yota Power, and Yota Beam.

What’s Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fading, etc.)
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or modifications
Accidents, fire, theft, or environmental damage

How to Make a Claim
If you believe your product is eligible for warranty service, please reach out to our support team at [Your Contact Info] with the following:

Proof of purchase
Photos of the issue
A brief description of the problem

Shipping

For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Orders made after 9am EST on a Friday will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Please contact us immediately if your order was damaged during shipping by filling out the form above.

If a delivery is marked as undeliverable and returned to us due to incorrect address provided by customer, the customer must cover the cost of shipping the product back out.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please fill out the form above.

Special pricing applies to Active Duty military, Veterans, Retired military, Military reserve, Military academies, First Responders, Fire, Police, Sheriff, Corrections, & Homeland Security.

In order to receive your special pricing, please contact us via email (support@yotaxpedition.com) with some sort of proof of your service. A picture ID, picture in uniform or email sent from your .gov email. You must also have an active account on YotaXpedition.com to be eligible to use discount code.
