Cancellations

You can fill out the form above or email us at support@yotaxpedition.com and we can get your cancellation processed. All cancellations have a 5% fee to cover credit card transction fees, this is non negotiable.

Warranty

Yes, we back up our products by standing by the product manufacturer's warranty.

To apply for a warranty claim, please connect with our customer service team by emailing support@yotaxpedition.com

Shipping

For items that are in stock, purchases made after 11am EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. For 2nd Day and Overnight delivery options, it will take 1 business day to process and ship the order. Orders made after 11am EST on a Friday will ship the following Monday.

Please contact us immediately if your order was damaged during shipping by emailing support@yotaxpedition.com with pictures of the damaged product.
