Refund policy


POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All custom, build to order or special order products are non-refundable unless there are defects or technical issues. All eligible returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10%. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
