IS THIS YOU?
You're the kind of person who gets satisfaction from seeing a product go from a blank page to a customer's hands, and you care deeply about what it looks like and how well it works along the way. You have strong design instincts and the technical skill to execute in SolidWorks yourself, but you also know how to brief and direct others to get the best output. You thrive in execution mode, love running a clean system, and take pride in keeping projects moving without needing to be chased. You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and naturally proactive. When something stalls, you notice it immediately and take action to unblock it.
You're also hands-on and mechanically curious. You don't mind getting dirty, turning wrenches, installing prototypes, and measuring fitment with calipers to validate real-world performance. You can communicate clearly with designers, engineers, and overseas manufacturers, and you know how to turn ambiguous feedback into precise next steps. Most importantly, you care about building products that are genuinely great in design, in function, and in finish, and you're excited to own the full execution that makes those launches happen.
