YOUR ROLE

Location: Alburtis, PA
Type: Full Time
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Salary: Starting at $20 per hour

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. A strong focus on customer experience, attention to details, and precise communication is essential in this role to help us maintain our high standards and deliver on our promises to our customers. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Clerking

      • Prepare daily customer orders for fulfillment processing.

Order Picking

      • Accurately and efficiently picking all items from inventory for customer orders.

Order Shipping

      • Ensuring all picked items are properly packaged and shipped both accurately and efficiently.

Inventory Organization

      • Efficiently manage and organize inventory.  This includes restocking shelves and routine inventory allocation maintenance.

Inventory Cycle Counting

      • Maintaining accurate inventory records by regularly verifying stock levels, bin locations, overflow locations, and identifying discrepancies

YOUR CREDENTIALS

Qualifications

      • High School Diploma or GED Required
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a well-organized workspace.
      • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
      • Basic proficiency with inventory management systems and standard warehouse equipment is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.

Physical Demands

      • Ability to be active on your feet for prolonged periods
      • Capable of lifting and moving products weighing a minimum of 50 pounds
