Limited Lifetime Warranty

What is covered: All defects in materials or workmanship on select AVS branded products properly installed per provided instructions except those listed below under the Three Year Warranty. This warranty does not apply to any product from AVS direct or indirect subsidiaries.

For How Long: This warranty, and any implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, last as long as the original retail purchases owns the vehicle on which the product is installed. The warranty expires if the product is removed from the original vehicle or if the original vehicle is transferred to another owner. The warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser.

Limited Three Year Warranty

What is Covered: All defects in materials or workmanship on select AVS branded products properly installed per provided instructions.

For How Long: This warranty, and any implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, lasts three years from the date of purchase. The warranty expires if the product is removed from the original vehicle or if the original vehicle is transferred to another owner. The warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser.

What AVS Will Do: During the applicable warranty period listed above, AVS will, at its option, either repair or replace any defective product at no additional charge. You must pay any labor charges associated with removing or reinstalling the product. If a specific product has been discontinued, AVS may, at its option, replace your product with a current product of comparable function and value.

What These Warranties Will Not Cover: These warranties doe not cover any damage, defect, or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, accident, improper installation, modification, improper or inadequate maintenance, or on-road and off-road hazards. Incidental and consequential damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states or providence do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.

How To Get Service: A defective product may, during the warranty period listed above, be returned to the place of purchase. Alternatively, you may contact AVS Customer Relations directly at 1-800-241-7219 to obtain information on how to obtain service. Proof of purchase must accompany all warranty returns. Returns made to AVS will not be accepted without prior authorization from AVS.

How Does State Law Apply? This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state or province to province.

Shipping Information

For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Orders made after 9am EST on a Friday will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable as well.

Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first.

Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new inbox. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.
