Roto-molded gas can that is durable with thicker walls and stronger construction make it leak-proof along with a sure seal gasket to guarantee your spout wont leak or vibrate loose. Rotopax are the only rotationally molded EPA and CARB compliant containers available for sale in the United States. This is thanks to a patented three layer Roto-Molding process, along with specialty formulated plastic barrier material to meet the governments new extremely low permeability requirements.

Rotopax Legacy LLC warranties that their products will be free from defects due to faulty materials or workmanship to the original purchaser. We recommend venting Fuel Packs daily based on temperature and elevation changes, we will not warranty packs not vented, as it is not a manufacture defect. Any modifications made to the container by the customer with products other than Rotopax mounting hardware and accessories will void the containers warranty (Ex. installing aftermarket venting devices, alteration to color of container, pressurized transfer systems, etc.) RotopaX products are covered for ten years from the date of purchase with FuelpaX products covered for five years from the date of purchase. For a buyer who needs to return a new, unused item, then buyer shall pay for return shipping with a shipping provider of their choosing. This warranty covers products or items found to be defective under normal use and conditions, and a return must be initiated before the warranty window expires. Rotopax Legacy LLC will, at it's discretion, either repair or replace any defective product covered by this warranty. We stand behind the RotopaX Fuel Pack and the craftsmanship behind its construction. Please note the following conditions.

Any non-warranty returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customers must initiate a return within 10 days from the end of the warranty period. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days for all delivered or authorized returns (damage with photos)

Any warranties being sent out of our warehouse to the customer require the customer to cover any and all shipping costs.

While we guarantee our fuel packs won't fail, we limit our liability to replacement of the product only and cannot be responsible for vehicle or property damage.
