PRODUCT WARRANTY
aCe warrants our products to be free from manufacturer’s defects due to workmanship and materials.
The warranty period begins on the original invoice date and covers the applicable period listed below.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferrable.
Proof of purchase of the aFe Control, Sway-A-Way, or Pfadt Racing product is required for all warranty claims.
Warranty is valid provided aCe instructions for installation and/or cleaning were properly followed.
Proper maintenance with regular inspections of product is required to insure warranty coverage.
Damage due to improper installation, abuse, unauthorized repair or alteration is not warranted.
Incidental or consequential damages or cost, including installation and removal of part, incurred due to failure of aFe Control, Sway-A-Way, Pfadt Racing product is not covered under this warranty.
All warranty is limited to the repair and/or replacement of the aFe Control, Sway-A-Way, or Pfadt Racing product.
All products sold under aCe’s Private Label Program do not carry an aCe warranty.
All items purchased labeled "Closeout" or "Overstock" are final sale. No returns will be accepted.
All items used for racing are covered by a 90 day warranty from date of purchase.

Shipping Information

For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Orders made after 9am EST on a Friday will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable as well.

Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first.

Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new inbox. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.
