The BAKFlip MX4 is constructed entirely from alloy materials, including heavy-duty aluminum top panels and side rails. Unlike soft-folding tonneau covers, the MX4’s robust aluminum construction resists cuts and slashes, preventing thieves from damaging the bed cover or accessing your valuables. The BAKFlip MX4 is just as adept at resisting moisture as it is at resisting thieves. Premium EPDM rubber perimeter seals prevent seepage between the bed cover and bed rails, while a dual-action tailgate seal weatherproofs the tailgate.

BAK Industries ("BAK") warrants your BAKFlip MX4 Tonneau Cover to be structurally free from defects in material and workmanship for 5-Year Limited Warranty period from the retail date of purchase.

Warranty registration must be on file and/or proof of original purchase (detailed and dated receipt) is required for warranty service. Warranty is nontransferable and applies to the original purchaser of the BAK product only.

BAK reserves the right to determine whether a product needs to be repaired or replaced. No labor or service allowance is given or implied. The warranty will be void if the product has been damaged by accident, unreasonable use, neglect, improper service/installation/removal, modifications, acts of God or normal wear and tear or other causes not arising out of defective materials or workmanship.

BAK assumes no liability for injury, loss, incidental or consequential damages. BAK reserves the right to substitute an entire replacement system or provide other remedies than those listed in this warranty for discontinued products or other reasons. Shipping charges will apply for any repair or replacement.

Shipping Information

For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Orders made after 9am EST on a Friday will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable as well.

Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first.

Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new inbox. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.
