CSF High Performance All-Aluminum Radiator

Enthusiasts continue to push the limits of their 4Runners – from driving in the desert sand dunes, navigating up mountain trails, to towing and hauling gear for overlanding and even partaking in extreme rock crawling and hill climbing. One common issue found in such off-road activities is heat soak. Most off-road trails, especially rock crawling and hill climbing, are usually traversed at very low speeds with high engine power output. This can lead to engine and transmission overheating and leave drivers stranded, even in the desert or on a trail in the middle of nowhere with no rescue nearby.  CSF’s new 5^th gen 4Runner high-performance radiator fixes potential heat soak and overheating issues by increasing the capacity of the radiator and increasing the efficiency of the radiator core. Utilizing CSF’s exclusive B-Tube Technology and increasing the core size from a tiny 1-row 22mm core to an ultra-efficient 2 row 42mm core, CSF has taken care of any worries of overheating. With the increased size of the radiator, CSF has also increased the capacity of the transmission oil cooler found in the bottom tank – this will help keep transmission temperatures in check, especially when towing. CSF has answered the call for increased performance and durability with its new 5^th gen Toyota 4Runner All Aluminum Heavy-Duty Radiator. It’s the perfect answer to upgrading and safe-guarding against the weak OEM radiator with plastic end tanks.  After several years, the plastic tanks can start to become brittle from excessive heat cycles, can crack under heavy vibration, or can burst from extreme pressures and temperatures (including cold starts in freezing temperatures). CSF’s 100% TIG welded all-aluminum end tanks prevent potential leakage when compared to the weaker plastic tanks that utilize a rubber gasket and a crimp design to seal. For additional strength and reliability, all of CSF’s all-aluminum radiators have CNC machined mounting brackets and pins – a vast improvement over the OEM plastic mounting points, which can crack under high vibration or stress – common occurrences when off-roading or towing.

Cooling Systems and Flexibles, Inc. (CSF) warrants CSF’s High-Performance Cooling Systems, under normal use and service, for 2 years from the date of purchase to the original purchaser of the vehicle in which the radiator was originally installed.

This warranty covers any parts furnished from the factory of CSF, but does not include labor and materials of any kind not furnished by CSF. This warranty does not apply to any equipment which shall have been repaired or altered outside the factory of CSF in any way so as, in the judgement of CSF, to affect its stability. This warranty does not apply to any equipment which has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or operating conditions in excess of those for which such equipment was designed. The warranty does not apply if the vehicle in which the cooling system was installed was used in commercial (including fleet), governmental, off highway or racing applications. This warranty does not cover the effects of physical or chemical properties of water or steam or other liquids or gases used in the equipment. This warranty is extended to and enforceable only by the first purchaser at retail.

CSF warrants its products to be free from all defects in material and workmanship, as limited herein, shall be in lieu of and exclusive of all other warranties, expect warranties implied by law. All warranties, whether expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose, which extended beyond the description herein, are expressly disclaimed.

In order to obtain CSF’s performance of any warranty obligation, purchaser must return the part or parts to the place of purchase, with all shipping or transportation charges prepaid. If, in the judgement of CSF, this warranty does not apply to the part or parts returned to the place of purchase, then purchaser must prepay all return shipping or transportation charges from the place of purchase to purchaser, in addition to those shipping or transportation charges which purchaser shall have previously pre-paid.

Purchaser’s remedy for breach of this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of any part of parts for which the examination by CSF shall disclose to have been defective. Purchaser’s remedy does not include reimbursement for any labor or material charges incurred by purchaser for removal or installation of parts, adjustments, repairs, or any other work done.

Under no circumstances shall CSF be liable for any consequential or incidental damages of any kind for breach of this warranty or of any implied warranty resulting from the order or use of its products. These damages include (but are not limited to) reimbursement of original purchase price, loss of the use of vehicle, loss of time or inconvenience, towing charges, rental of a replacement vehicle and any other special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

This warranty is not transferrable and is automatically cancelled in the event that the vehicle in which the cooling system has been initially installed is sold, leased or otherwise sold or transferred to another owner or lease. CSF neither assumes, nor authorizes any person to issue for it, any obligation or liability other than as herein expressly stated.
