Product Description

VTAILS Extreme: Not your run-of-the-mill LED bulb conversion! This kit completely transforms the way your factory tail lights function. Dual red park/brake lights fill up the entire C-shaped portion of the tail light. Then, the turn signal is moved down to the reverse light location using the custom switchback bulb, which is amber when the turn signal is applied and white when the truck is in reverse.

More Output: The standard VTAILS kit is a great upgrade over stock, but the V6 Triton version kicks it up a notch with 1600LM brake output and 900LM in reverse on each side!

Plug-N-Play: Easy to install with the OEM style harness and connectors. It only takes about 20 minutes!

Clean Look: The optically engineered lens of the V6 eliminates the site of exposed LEDs in the reverse light reflector.

No Hyperflash: The kit now comes with our VLR-15 plug-in resistors to prevent hyperflash when the turn signal is on while you are reversing. This is the only condition in which it would ever happen.

Coverage and duration

VLEDS warrants that it will provide a free replacement for any VLEDS product that fails or proves defective during the warranty period on the vehicle for which it was originally installed. This warranty does not apply to a VLEDS product that has been altered, misused, damaged, installed improperly, or installed on a vehicle for which it was not designed. On commercial/fleet vehicles, all VLEDS products are covered for up to 1/2 of the standard warranty period. Additional conditions may apply to certain part applications; if they do, they are clearly stated on the product page description. This warranty is extended only to the owner of the vehicle on which the VLEDS product was installed, while that person owns the vehicle, and is not transferable.

Remedy and service

Before issuing a warranty replacement, the customer must troubleshoot and diagnose defective components by swapping components from side to side. VLEDS will validate the information provided and the alleged defect.

If the product fails within 30 days of receipt, you can convert your warranty to store credit for the total value of the product. Outside of 30 days, we will only replace products – no refunds are given unless we do not carry replacement parts.

Warranty replacement parts are shipped via USPS First Class Mail at the expense of VLEDS. If you need your replacement quickly, an upcharge payment link for FedEx 2Day will be provided in your warranty email.

International

Customers must pay a portion of the shipping charge for all warranty replacements. The payment link and amount for the charge will be included in your warranty email.
Exclusions

VLEDS makes no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose and no other warranties, representations, or guarantees, whether written or oral, beyond those contained in this warranty. The replacement of the unit is the sole and exclusive remedy for claims of any type (including personal injury) arising from the failure or defective condition of the VLEDS product, from VLEDS negligence or breach of legal duty, or otherwise. VLEDS will not reimburse the vehicle owner for removing or returning the failed or defective unit, installing the replacement unit, replacing any other parts, or for any other expenses, charges, or damages.

Limitation on liability

To the extent allowed by law, VLEDS will have no obligation to the vehicle owner for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the failure or defective condition of the VLEDS product, from VLEDS negligence or breach of legal duty, or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
