Fifteen52 Wheels Limited Warranty
Fifteen52 warrants to the original owner that products manufactured by fifteen52 are free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal and intended use, for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover corrosion or discoloration due to chemicals (including excessive exposure to road salt or other common de-icing agents), detergents, polishing compounds or abrasives used in improper cleaning. This warranty will be void if wheels are determined to be damaged from after-sale re-finishing (such as powder-coating), off-road or track use, mechanical car wash equipment, nicks from road hazard, improper tire mounting, use of clip-on weights, improper installation, accident or curb damage, normal wear and tear, neglect, or road hazards.
Fifteen52 agrees to repair or replace, at our sole discretion, without charge, any fifteen52 wheels product which is returned to the dealer from whom the wheel was originally purchased, and which after examination shows that said product has failed in normal use due to defects in material and/or workmanship. Such repair or replacement shall not include installation. Shipping expenses to and from destinations, including mounting and dismounting of tires is not covered by this warranty and therefore will remain the responsibility of the customer.
All warranty claims must go through the authorized dealer which originally sold the wheels. Fifteen52 reserves the right to modify or alter in any way the warranty policy without notice.
Fifteen52 hereby disclaims all other express warranties. Fifteen52 hereby disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability and use for a particular purpose to the extent the law of the state of sale and federal law allows.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights under state laws. No warranty or representation by anyone other than fifteen52 will be binding by the manufacturer.
Fifteen52 Return/Refund Policy
If you find an error with your order or find you need to return or exchange an item, please call customer service at 213-373-1552 and we will help find a quick and easy resolution for you. Customer service will provide you with a return authorization number and answer any questions regarding the product return/exchange procedure. Please make sure that all original boxes and packing materials are used so that no shipping damage will occur. Fifteen52 will not be liable for any damage in return shipping. Product must be in new condition in original packaging to be considered for refund or exchange.
All returns are subject to inspection by a fifteen52 returns specialist and are accepted only within 30 days of delivery. Only unused product that is in new condition is accepted. Wheels cannot have had tires mounted. We do not accept wheels after tires have been mounted. Please check fitment before mounting on vehicle or mounting tires. Please allow 2-3 business days to process the credit.
Credit amount will be calculated as follows:
STANDARD STOCKING PRODUCT: Credit less all freight charges incurred less 15% restocking fee.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable. This includes any product or wheel with custom finish or custom fitment specifications.
Credits will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.
