Front KDSS Billet Link 4Runner (2010-2024)

Product Description

Free up your front suspension with a billet aluminum replacement for the factory front KDSS fixed link. The OEM link uses a rubber bushing torqued at ride height that resists rotation, so tension builds and the suspension deflects instead of cycling freely. This link swaps in a greaseable Delrin bushing, so the sway bar and suspension articulate smoothly while your KDSS keeps working as designed.

Fitment Notes

• Fits 2010-2024 Toyota 4Runner equipped with KDSS only.
• Does not fit 4Runners without KDSS.
• Replaces the passenger side front fixed link.

• 2 - M12 x 1.25 stover locking nuts

Install Notes

• Top frame bolt: 110 ft-lbs, with Loctite or safety wire
• Vertical sway bar bolts: 85 ft-lbs, no Loctite needed
• Grease the bushing until grease exits before the final torque

For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Orders made after 9am EST on a Friday will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable as well.
