Register your product within 60 days of purchase (no receipt needed once registered)
If you have an issue, open a ticket for a new claim
Once you receive the RMA approval, ship it back to us — no hassles, no red tape
We'll repair or replace it and get you back on the trail
Exclusions
While we back our products for life, this Guarantee does not cover:

Loss or theft
Deliberate or cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
Misuse, neglect, or improper installation
Extreme conditions beyond reasonable use (such as fire, flooding, or severe impact)
Normal wear and tear
Certain products (like solar panels, flashlights, and older halogen models) may carry modified coverage

Shipping Information

For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Orders made after 9am EST on a Friday will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable as well.

Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first.

Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new inbox. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.
