The OEM 4Runner headlamp is a chrome reflector with a single projector - functional, forgettable. The Form Lighting Sequential LED Headlights are the drop-in replacement that makes the front of your 5th gen look like it belongs in a different decade. Triple LED projectors (two bi-LED units for low and high beam, a third dedicated high beam projector), sequential amber turn signals, a two-stage startup sequence, and a selectable cool white or amber DRL - all in a blacked-out housing built to OE standards. Plug-and-play on every 5th gen 4Runner 2014-2024 with no wiring modifications; adapters included for non-DTRL trucks. DOT/SAE/FMVSS/CMVSS compliant for legal on-road use.

Shipping Information

For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Orders made after 9am EST on a Friday will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable as well.
