The GLYDER (Torsion-Flex) Ball Mount is a lightweight product rated for 7,000 lbs. that offers several benefits to its users. What really sets this product apart is its use of GEN-Y’s patented TORSION-FLEX technology. This technology allows the truck and trailer to glide down the road eliminating the jarring and shock transfer of a standard 2” ball mount. The GLYDER helps provide one of the smoothest and safest towing experiences available. Geared toward the lighter towing market, the GLYDER is an affordable and quality hitch. There are also many attachments available for our product, meaning the possibilities are endless!

Fitment Notes

• It is not recommended to use this product with stacked tube GEN-Y receiver hitches due to extended length and stress on the truck receiver
• NOT recommended to be used in the rise position
• Tow capacity is limited by the lowest-rated component. This hitch is NOT intended for off-road towing
• It is important to be within the optimal Tongue/Pin weight specified for each model number

Please note, if GEN-Y product was purchased through a third party (Authorized GEN-Y Dealer, Amazon, etc.) Return/Exchange must be processed through said party.

GEN-Y Hitch will cover return shipping in the event the wrong product is sent, the product has a defect, or the product recommendation we make is incorrect. (GEN-Y will not be obligated to cover shipping when the customer provides the wrong weights to us in the course of a recommendation).

Customer is responsible for return shipping if: The product is no longer needed; or if incorrect drop, wrong shank size, or incorrect weight rating was ordered. Any original shipping cost will not be credited.

Returns shall be in original packaging or packaged in like manner to prevent damage in transit. Upon receiving this return back to GEN-Y, your item(s) will be inspected by Quality Control.

If a returned product is damaged or has to be re-coated for re-sell, GEN-Y Hitch reserves the right to refund accordingly to cover any repair or re-coating costs. If product needs re-coated, $25 will be deducted from your return.

If an order is placed during a promotion/sale, the discount/sale does not carry over to a new order in the event of an exchange.

Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days.

All returns must be sent back to GEN-Y within 90 days of initiating RMA.

Returns After 30 Days: If product is still in new condition, product can be returned for GEN-Y store credit minus a re-stocking fee of 20% of total purchase price, plus shipping and handling to return the item. Any original shipping cost will not be credited. Credits must be used within 90 days.

Shipping Information

For items that are in stock, purchases made after 9am EST will be shipped out in the next 1-2 business days. Orders made after 9am EST on a Friday will ship the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee based on item and package condition. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs, we will email you a return label and deduct cost from refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable as well.

Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel your order you must email within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has shipped, whichever occurs first.

Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be brand new inbox. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange product.
